Key hydraulic components adopt world-famous brands including Rexroth (Germany) main pumps and SAI (Italy) hydraulic motors. The whole electrical system is reinforced with dustproof, waterproof and sand-proof treatment to adapt to remote overseas construction sites with limited maintenance conditions.
3. Modular Split Structure for Easy Overseas Shipment
The whole boat adopts modular welded hull design, which can be disassembled into separate sections for containerized sea transportation from Qingdao Port. The two heavy spud poles enable step-by-step lateral shifting, ensuring stable anchoring and flexible movement within narrow mountain waterways.
4. Heavy-duty Anti-corrosion Treatment for Extended Service Life
The hull undergoes SA2.5 shot blasting and multi-layer Jotun marine anti-corrosion coating system. All exposed fasteners are made of 316 stainless steel to resist rust and abrasion caused by turbid sediment-laden river water, perfectly matching the long-term service demand of overseas projects.
Delivery & After-sales Service Scope
This complete set of equipment is delivered on FOB Qingdao term, covering the main cutter suction dredger, 500-meter floating pipeline system, auxiliary service boat, full set of wear parts package, CCS factory inspection certificates and bilingual operation & maintenance drawings. Our professional technical engineers traveled to Pakistan for on-site installation, full commissioning and hands-on operation training for local operators, ensuring the client’s team can conduct daily operation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting independently.
