Cutter suction dredger construction process

Before construction, a comprehensive inspection of the equipment (such as the cutter head and crushing device) is necessary to ensure its integrity. Operators must be trained and qualified and equipped with safety tools (dredging pipes, guard plates, etc.). Simultaneously, the parameters of the screw conveyor and pump body must be adjusted. During construction, precise GPS positioning is required to control the dredging speed (usually 0.5-1.5 m/s) to avoid pipe breakage. Regular checks of pipeline oil line sealing are necessary. After construction, the pipe openings and debris must be cleaned. Its advantages include adaptability to different water depths (3-20 m) and silt materials, with a dredging efficiency of up to 80-120 m³/h, and environmental protection capabilities (simultaneous cleaning of water area debris). It is suitable for port dredging (e.g., silt adsorption capacity up to 50 kg/m³), industrial waste treatment, and other scenarios.
